Did you had a EA play subscription that expired?
If so this is a known error that can be resolved by EA support.
I would suggest to contact EAs Support on Twitter. Only support can help in this case and the Twitter help seems to be the best option for this problem.
If that is not an option, here is the link to "normal" EA Support.
