Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access

Hey I keep getting the missing online access error when launching MEA. I've tried every solution I can find online with no success. Clearing temp files and reinstalling the game, etc... Is there anything else I can try? (i have the game on steam like to my EA account)

    Sorry to see that. You would need to reach back out to support if they made a mistake, as we can't make changes to your account here.

    If you're unable to resume a case here, try logging out and creating the case again, then choosing Continue without logging in when prompted.

    Hey EA_Mako​ 

    So now i have a bigger problem he took my access to my games now i dont have mass effect legendary edition and mass effect andromeda as shown in the attachment i have close 200hr on mass effect legendary edition now and close to 100hr on mas effect andromeda why did he remove from my ea app???? please i need help.

    well he told me that he add it the game to my ea app but the add the wrong game :( he add mass effect 3  not andromeda so and i dont have the option to talk to them again to correct this mistake

    Hey roberto3600​,

    This may be a matter of missing the multiplayer license for the game itself. Our support team should be able to take a look to determine whether that's the case, as it's something they would need to add if that's what's causing this for you.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Mass Effect Andromeda > I need help loading my game, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
