Mass Effect Online Pass

Alrighty so now when i try and repair the game it says: An unknown error occured. Restart the EA app and try again, or reach out to our support team for help.

I restarted the app and still i get this message, i uninstalled the game and reinstalled, i still get this message, i boot up the game still the same issue as before, it also says i now have the standard edition instead of the deluxe, whether or not this has any bearing i dont know.
