Nothing has consistently worked for me. I'm honestly baffled. The game worked seamlessly for me through ME1 and through ME2. Then I got to ME3 and suddenly the game wouldn't launch. I don't even get to the game select screen, the game simply will not open. I tried the system locale fix and checked the "Beta: Unicode" box, and then it worked. But that only worked for like a day. Now it is back to not working at all. I've tried verifying my files on steam and verifying files using the command prompt and nothing has worked. I hope they patch this soon because there's no way I'm getting a refund with over 60 hours logged in the game.
Ccreate a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Did you checked if "Beta: Unicode" is still applied?
The Origin Games folder in Program Files(x86) is empty. I accessed the config folder via SteamLibrary\steam apps\common\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME3\BioGame\Config.
I moved it to my desktop and made sure Beta: Unicode is still applied. No change. The game still will not launch.
