Yes, that dx report is from clean boot.
Uh. So, I found a way to launch it.
You can drop your screen resolution a little; then launch it.
Suddenly works. I havent figured out the limits of this but yea.
Well technically the in game resolution will try and match up with your PC resolution
I lowered my screen resolution to the next lowest, it popped up (smaller)
While the game worked I reverted to my normal screen resolution.
Then I changed the game to my desired resolution/borderless (Resolution didnt work, borderless did)
But I was able to exit to launcher and have ME2 launch normally
After that I was able to change resolution in game
And I checked the relaunch again and it worked.
I was having issues with Paladins and someone on steam suggested that, And I had a "What if" moment
The error for paladins was This Application cannot be run over a remote desktop configuration, so perhaps its the same for me2?
