PCGameCrazy's Bug List (SP & MP Bugs)

Here are the bugs currently listed here.
 
Main Menu
-Notifications of friends' multiplayer accomplishments may identify incorrect accomplishments.
 
Single Player & Multiplayer
-Getting stuck on ladders preventing you from going up and down on them. This bug happens occasionally in MP maps as well.

-Ammo miscalculation(causing 1 short clip) by reload canceling.

-The weapon modification screen lighting may mess up such that a weapon is totally dark. Solution: Changing the view of a couple times usually fixes it.

Annoyances
-After Eva Coré makes it to the roof and is about to jump into the shuttle in Priority: Mars, Shepard only gets 1 XP.

-Relays are annoyingly loud compared to the rest of the game.

-Whenever Shepard is piloting an Atlas, it does not seem to take any damage, despite taking on 2 enemy Atlas' at once (was testing this on the Cerberus HQ mission.

-The Atlas rocket attack (the right click one) seems to do less damage to enemy Atlas units than it's normal gun.

-On the Grissom Academy mission if you get hit by the Student's throw you get staggered.

-Sarah Williams, Ashley's sister, always stands in Citadel Memorial. She should dissapear after the Memorial scene with Ashley.

-When choosing a quick match, the game may take longer on certain settings to join a MP game. Workaround: If it's taking longer than 10 seconds, press cancel and try to join again. It may take several tries.

-When entering a MP game with consumable equipments(ammo, armor, and weapon upgrades), you may lose those consumables after a wave resets from the host leaving the match.

-In the Normandy on deck 2, the game takes 3 seconds to get in the conference room when going through the scanner.

-Players not in your friend list are joining your game when you have you have it set to private.

-Docked with equipment if you are dropped from a server mid game when you shouldn't be at all.
 
Origin Issues
-The game may freeze when attemping to access the Origin overlay in "spectator mode".

-The game may freeze when pressing alt-tab.

SP Bugs
-The game may cut to a gameplay section in the middle of a cutscene like when the Reaper in Rannoch is defeated.

-If you let the original Council die and Anderson is the councilor in ME2, you can be reinstated as a Spectre. But after talking to the Council in ME3, the turian councilor will tell you that your spectre status is reinstated even though it was already done in ME2.

-Shepard's arm clips through his/her leg at times

-Liara's singularity sometimes vanishes right after it hits an enemy.

-Liara's Warp does not leave a biotic mark on Kai Leng when it should during the Thessia encounter. Although Javik's Dark Channel works.

-Sometimes after upgrading a power and then clicking "back" it goes right to the pre-mission cutscene instead of allowing you to upgrade your squadmates.

-The planet Aequitas in the Fortis system is flagged as having a mission there before the coup.  When you select enter orbit there is nothing there though.

-Ashley's Marksman is bugged after patch 4. She activates it over and over again and is stuck in cover.

-When you start a new game,  textures on Shepard's hands are weird when he is walking in the opening cutscenes while talking to Admiral Anderson.

-In the Polish version, the game stutters during pre rendered cut scenes.

-When purchasing the sniper rifle concentration module from a store its level (e.g. II, IV) is not displayed on the purchase menu.

-Sometimes the textures of weapons appear all black on the upgrade bench, using the change view option restores regular texure.

-Kuwashii visor is not made for FemShep's head, just ManShep. This makes it look a lot bigger on her than it should be, and the forehead piece doesn't even touch the forehead, and there is a very noticeable gap.

-While playing ME3 in certain non-English languages, some cut scenes are not shown properly. Example: On Utukku, when a boulder falls down behind Shepard, some international players only see a frozen screen, then Shepard asks if everything's ok. When the same cut scene is played in other languages like English and Polish, it works properly.

Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists
-Jacob's loyalty mission from ME2 is not flagged correctly in the career save file. Regardless of what you do, Jacob will always say, "Haunts me more like" only when asked about his father.

-Squadmates may disappear while talking to Jacob. Occurs when one of squadmates(like Garrus) talks to him.

Citadel: GX12 Thermal Pipe
-If you buy the thermal pipe from the armory in the Normandy after getting the quest from Adams,  the engineers said it had already been installed although I just brought it to them. After completing another mission, Traynor said Adams wanted to speak to me again and the dialogue from the engineers was the same, they had just installed the pipe, even though I had heard the dialogue before.

-When Shepard goes speaking with Greg Adams about the thermal pipe, Adams, Donnelly and Daniels don't look at Shepard.

Citadel: Hanar Diplomat
-The first terminal may not highlight for you, making you unable to start the mission.

Citadel: Reaper Code Fragments
-If you don't get the Reaper Code Fragment from the Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons, the side mission does not initiate until after you get the Reaper Code Fragment from the Spectre office. You need to save and load the save file to turn it into her.

Dekuuna: Elcor Extraction
-The side mission does not initiate untill you have actually completed it by scanning Dekuuna. Quicksaving and then loading allows you to turn it in without leaving and coming back.

Docking Bay D24
-The keeper may teleport you out of its way when trying to walk past it even if you weren't in its way.

-When recruiting Ashley after finishing Priority: Citadel II, the camera would glitch up, temporarily not showing Ashley when it zooms in to her.

-When near a human private and human sergeant, a Keeper will stop near your and prevent you from moving anywhere else. Video for details. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukUWWqCGeWQ

-When Garrus takes you up to the top of the Citadel tower, his face glitches and is pretty much smeared across the screen. It might only happen when in a romance with him, it happens right when you lock in the romance with him(part of FemShep's face is also smeared on the screen).

Docks: Holding Area
-Dialogue between Shepard and Ashley Williams is bugged during the Citadel Memorial scene. Read Saito404's post for bugged dialogue, video of the glitch, and a video of the dialogue you didn't hear. http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/14921553#14922916

Purgatory
-When near the two Turians or the angry Elcor, another Turian walking around will stop near you and prevent you from moving anywhere else.

Huerta Memorial Hospital
-When you first get to the Citadel and have a conversation with Dr. Chakwas, Shepard's and Chakwas' hair are transparent.

-When you turn the biotic amp in to the salarian doctor in the long room in the inpatient wing, there is a brief panning shot as the camera looks out the window, then swings towards Shepard. When the camera swang over to an empty spot, you can hear Shepard deliver the package, but never see him/her until the scene ends(This bug may only happened occasionally)

Presidium Commons
-When returning to Citadel before completing Priority: Tuchanka, the conversation between Shepard and Liara's father, Matriarch Aethyta, is bugged so that Aethyta considers Shepard to be Liara's boyfriend/girlfriend even if he/she hasn't romanced anyone or has romanced someone else in the past.

-The following line: "Yeah... Matriarch Benezia was... was her mother, and she doesn't know it, but I was her father" is partly cut off during the conversation between Shepard and Matriarch Aethyta. The part of the line in italics and bolded is the part of the line you don't hear in the game. This line worked properly before.

-Some dialogue between Shepard and Ashley Williams is bugged during the date scene. Read Saito404's post for bugged dialogue, video of the glitch, and a video of the dialogue you didn't hear. http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/14921553#14922916

Priority: Mars
-The first mods you find don't show up in the weapon bench even though you have grabbed them. I'm not sure what caused this bug. This was working properly before.

Priority: Palaven
-Audio is off-sync while Garrus tells General Victus that he is the new primarch.

Priority: Sur'kesh
-The two Salarians who confront Wrex on the landing pad are holding the M-37 Falcon in cutscenes, but the M-8 Avenger whilst Shepard is running around the area.

Priority: Citadel II
-During the Citadel coup mission, Garrus's omnitool was constantly there all throughout the entire thing and even during the cutscene.

Priority: Geth Dreadnought
-In the opening scene of the mission, Liara's dialogue does not trigger with Tali at the start of the dreadnought mission, instead it skips right to Tali saying "Ready to hit that dreadnought?" right after she says "Thanks ... Shadow Broker."

Priority: Rannoch
-"Tali's rock" disappears during cut scene after Legion leaves as Shepard gives it to Tali. Here's a link to my video showing this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fijl0WWNobM

Priority: Cerberus Headquarters
-Before using the console to learn more about EDI, Liara climbed higher than the ladder and floated above it before correcting itself when she moved to Shepard.

-During the Kai Leng boss fight, he is not affected by Liara's warp like other shielded enemies are, which would allow for a biotic explosion.

-Shepard reloads during the transition between the last scene of Shepard and your squad members walking away from Vendetta and the scene of the Citadel closing itself.

Priority: Earth
-Power skill tree skipped as the cutscene began for the fleets pouring through the Sol relay.

-Garrus frozen in the shuttle after being picked up by Anderson and Coats.

-There is a line during Javik's last words to Shepard that appears for a split second before going to what he is actually saying, it goes by too quick for me to get a clear view of it.

-If you talk to Javik before Wrex's speech is over, it cuts him off, but you hear a line from Wrex that does not trigger normally as you approach the door, something about the salarians.

-Garrus randomly has an M29 Incisor sniper rifle during Shepard's speech regardless of whatever gun he was using prior (in my case, he had a Widow)

-Audio out of sync as the allied forces are shooting husks after Shepard's speech to his/her squad members.

-Marauder was standing on the archway above the window leading into the store after the building you clear to let the Mako tank pass through.

-After the defend the battery section, Garrus was killing cannibals with an avenger, then as the missles were firing, he switched back to his Widow as he was running back.

-Trees during the trench run were flickering in and out of existence.

-If playing as FemShep, she does not say "STEEEEVE!" although the subtitles are there, but ManShep says it.

-Cut scenes of allied forces advancing during the Earth mission have no weapon sounds when firing.  Given how pre-rendered scenes work in ME3.

Citadel: The Return
-On the Citadel, there are holes on the walkway leading up to TIM confrontation room.

-During the talk with the Catalyst, a Reaper flew right through another Reaper.

-Small cinematic sequences are not shown in Extended Cut when the Leviathan DLC is installed. Happens during the "I want details," "I don't understand," and "How" dialogue scenes. Here's a link to my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T32un4Ariig

-While talking to the Catalyst, you can see the Reapers and Alliance ships having flickering textures. Note: May be caused by z-fighting or related to camera "nearclip" distance.

After Citadel: The Return(Ending)
-Audio is not in sync when the Crucible fires.

-If From Ashes is installed and completed, Javik is always the third crewmember after Joker and Love Interest, to leave the Normandy in the Normandy crash cut scene in Destroy and Control Ending.

-When choosing Destroy with a high EMS rating, Garrus is no where to be found until after your LI walks toward the memorial and hesitates to put Shepard's name on the memorial(if Garrus is alive).

From Ashes
-Ashley and Kaidan are the only squadmates who don't have any comments on the Normandy about Javik.

-Achievements may not unlock after finishing the DLC mission. Workaround: Load a save first then go back to the main menu to check your achievements. You should be able to see them after doing that.

Leviathan
-You can search a planet in Caleston Rift even before you have activated to whole Leviathan quest. EDI says "no Garneau here" even though player doesn't even know him before the quest. However this is the only searchable planet that is unlocked prior to activating Leviathan quest. The rest of the search locations are unlocked normally. 

-Achievements may not unlock after installing the DLC mission. Workaround: Load a save first then go back to the main menu to check your achievements. You should be able to see them after doing that.

-Before getting Dr. Bryson's Lab Experiment in your cabin for "research," James's Omnitool only shows up around his hand.

Omega
-During a conversation between Aria and Nyreen, Nyreen spins around after Aria says "You've done an excellent job Nyreen, but I'll be taking over now." Video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgUzA3_zBSU (start video at 1:15)

-During Aria's speech to the Talons, she spins around three times and the second time this happens, both Aria and Nyreen spin around at the same time. Video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgUzA3_zBSU (start video at 1:15)

 

Grissom Academy: Emergency Evacuation
-Directly before the first Atlas fight, a cutscene plays with Jack defending her students. However, when the game reverts to gameplay, Shepard may immediately(without any input) fall through the floor and promptly die(like the Vanguard glitch in MP). Workaround: You may need to load a quick save get it to play normally.

Normandy SR2
-Diana's dialogue does not trigger when you talk to her, but as you leave the room before the Priority: Earth mission. Solution: When triggering the conversation, wait until Shepard starts talking to Diana Allers as there is a pause in the beginning of it.

-Steve's omnitool is disconnected from his arm sometimes when he is working on the shuttle, but after a couple seconds it corrects itself.

-After Tuchanka: Bomb, when Ashley stands at the memorial wall, her head can turn on 180 degrees when she talks with Shepard.

-Tali and Ashley don't have any comments after missions if you play as FemShep or unromanced MaleShep.

-After Priority: Citadel II, if the Virmire survivor is on the Normandy, you may not hear Dr. Chakwas say, "It's good to see Williams/Alenko again."

-After Priority Citadel II, banter dialogue beween Ashley and Liara is bugged when going into Liara's room. Read Saito404's post for bugged dialogue and a video of the dialogue you didn't hear. http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/14921553#14922916

-Getting the email from Feron saying an upgrade is available twice.  Once after the player can explore the Normandy and again after Sur'Kesh.  Only the first email accompanies an upgrade at Glyphs terminal.

-Initiating conversation with James during Rannoch story arch on Normandy at his "gym", cut scene takes place at console near upgrade bench.  After the cut scene, Shepard is at the upgrade bench, while James is back at his "gym."

-In Javik's room, Male and Female Shepard's hair would become transparent and end up seeing his/her skull.

-The first real chat you have with Liara is still bugged, this is the one where you ask her what it's like to be the Shadow Broker; What's new etc. Both Shepard and Liara turn their heads sideways, making for the most awkward conversation in ME history. Shepard does it to look at Glyph if you choose that option, but he never turns his head back towards Liara, who then copies the gesture. Has happened in every playthrough.

-In the chat with Liara regarding the 'time capsule', she refers to Shepard as a 'good friend' even if she is the current love interest.

-When talking to Joker at the cockpit, you may get stuck, unable to move around. As a result, you will be forced to reload a previous save to resolve the problem.

-When talking to some characters(such as Traynor, Adams, Ken, Gabby), their heads may do a 180 degree tilt.

-Dialogue between Shepard and Ashley Williams during the romance scene is bugged. This dialogue may be from the faithful version of this scene. Read Saito404's post for bugged dialogue and videos of the glitch. http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/14921553#14922916

-Helmet lights default back to red even if another color is selected

    EA Server Issues
    -After Priority: Thessia, your EMS rating may drop to 0 even if you have a high EMS rating.

    -When accessing MP after an error (like "Mass Effect 3 has stopped working" or a server error), you may lose all of your characters from the DLCs (except for the basic characters). Solution: Restart the game.

    -No one can see the ping of the server they join before wasting consumables on a laggy game.

    -I noticed that when I start the game, I sometimes get "Load Failed. Cannot connect to server" even though the game is connected to EA servers. As a result, the Galaxy at War map isn't shown. After clicking on multiplayer, the map works properly.

    -The store froze on the purchase pack screen, then after a few minutes it gave a pack, then got disconnected from the server. When reconnected, the game might've gave a second pack.

    -Ocassionally, you may get "Your connection to the game has been lost" when trying to search a MP game.

    -You may get the error "Connection to host was lost" even though you can hear the people on game chat.

    -When finding a MP game in quick match, you may be stuck on the loading sceen and end up with the message "Waiting for other players" even though you have connected to a match. This forces you to leave the game.

    -A MP pack may not be issued when using BioWare points instead of in-game credits. Workaround in the following link: http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/14212891/8#14676052

    -XP and Credits may disappear after leaving a game lobby. Workaround for PC version: Log off and log back into Origin immediately, and you will get them back.

    MP Bugs/Issues

    -While firing and using Marksman after already firing for the free reload, rate of fire doesn't increase while accuracy does increase.

     

    -Like the Survival Ops pack, the Stimulant Pack may activate after you have already died.

    -You may get killed instantly instantly(by standard enemies like Geth Trooper), even if you have full health or have some shields.

    -A player may enter a state where they are still in the game for all remaining waves but cannot be harmed, cannot use any skills, cannot be seen by other players. You can fire shots and pickup ammo, but weapons won't do any damage.

    -On Firebase Vancouver, enemies may get stuck on the big ladder leading from the "Ventilation Deck" to the "Upper Rooftoop". You can't kill them unless you have AoE weapon or piercing mods.

    -You may be unable to take cover on the crates in the extraction area of Firebase Rio.

    -You may get character cards that are already maxed out(like the Retaliation DLC characters).

    -The leveling system may glitch up, allowing you to level up all of the powers on your MP characters like the Volus Adept and Engineer. Solution: Reset powers or promote the class.

    -Shields may not regenerate after when using consumables.

    -When playing a "Hack the computer" objective by yourself, the game may finish the objective by itself saying, "1 player is hacking" even though you are not inside the hacking area.

    -When entering a game in the middle of the enable/disable devices objective, the game may show you incorrect data. Example from ISeeRainbows: http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/14212891/9#14761845

    -After a player dies and is later revived, the game may still say that they must be revived even though they're alive.

    -Phantoms can instant kill you while staggered from an attack like Biotic Charge.

    -You may be unable to grab enemies like Geth Trooper and Collector Trooper even if are supposed to be able to.

    -When pressing the melee button to grab an enemy, your character may just stand up and do a standard melee on the target. Happens when the icon for a grab is not showing up.

    -Shockwave may not register against enemies while using characters like the Krogan Shaman.

    -The Indra, Collector Sniper and Incisor should NOT have the hipfire damage penalty that all the snipers have. These weapons lose a lot of their usefulness if you can't use them more like "assault rifle - sniper hybrids" which they clearly are.

    -The reloading animation starts from the beginning every time you enter or exit a cover. With weapons that have short reloading times this is hardly noticeable. However with weapons like Collector SMG and Sniper rifle you'll have to be consistantly on the move because of their low clip sizes so that it becomes exceedingly irritating to have your VERY long reload animation reseted when you "accidentally" enter or exit a cover too early.

    -In the Firebase Glacier Hazard map, the swarm taking away your shields sound affect may loop, leading to a game crash.

    -When you shoot an enemy, and someone hits it with a rocket(not rocket launcher), it writes that you killed it, even if your teammate used the rocket, and you just assisted.

    -The shuttle may hang motionless in the air throughout the mission.

    -Sometimes a squad can be in a real bind when you're revived and each 1/10 of a second counts. The game will ocassionally play your revival animation twice when there's really no time for such folly.

    -Getting a missilelauncher out may take several attempts. Solution: Be the host.

    -Shields/health vanish or is affected several seconds after you took cover. (May tie into the "enemies not rendered" bug).

    -You may not see your allies or enemies(this can also affect the other players your playing with).

    -The game may crash to desktop while playing the hazard version of Firebase Ghost, even if you were the host.

    -Rubberbanding while playing in some games.

    -You may automatically be revived when killed by instant-kill enemies like the Banshee or the Praetorian. Occurs when they grab you while already dead.

    -Sometimes when a Praetorian grabs you to "Eat you", it's suppose that kills you instantly, but sometimes you fall to the ground and a squad mate can revive you. This occurs even when no one of the other squad mates were shooting to the Praetorian.

    -When you die bleed out, the game may write that as being executed by an enemy even if an enemy didn't stomp on you.

    -Your N7 Fury and Slayer may end up disappearing after using their teleporting dodge.

    -You may be unable to fire and reload your gun after getting ammo. When this happens, you may have to either get killed by an enemy or use heavy melee to solve the problem.

    -When firing from cover on serveral maps, some bullets may hit an invisible wall, resulting in not reaching your target. Solution: Be the host.

    -Drones may still fall underground during the escort mission in Firebase Vancouver, making your team lose the match. Occurs while drone is moving towards the Ventilation Deck. Workaround: Host needs to quit to reset the drone escort mission.

    -The elminate targets mssion may not mark any enemies to target, making your team lose the match. Workaround: Host needs to quit to reset the eliminate targets mission.

    -You may bleed out regardless of being fully revived.

    -Shadow striking a Geth Rocket Trooper consistently results in an instant rocket explosion which breaks the Shadow's shields and staggers her.

    -Enemies shooting when vaulting cover, ragdolled, staggered, etc... (enemy is actively animating at vault, stagger animation, or is transitioning into a ragdolled/non-combative state.)

    -All Geth units see through cloak, even at range or during Shadow Strike teleportation.

    -Teammates who die on a ramp cannot be revived by a player standing below their body.

    -Enemies may not stagger while attacking them with weapons, tech skills(like incinerate), and biotics. (Reload animation / transition to non-combative state in progress)

    -Being killed by nonexistent enemies. Sometimes when in a game we will be running through a cleared out area maybe getting some ammo or something and next thing you know your character collapses on theground dead followed by the prompt: "User name was taken down by ____ " and it is quite literally blank, if you are lucky you can use medi-gel, if not then it's an instant kill leaving your character on the ground unable to be revived but still giving the prompt to your teammates. Sometimes you even remain dead after the wave is completed.

    -Glitched matches. Occasionally when a match is started and the enemies start to attack you find yourself unable to do any damage to them at all or only about half the time. Regardless of how many times you shoot them or use your powers it doesn't affect the enemy or it lags giving the kill to someone else in the lobby while you only get an assist.

    -Enemies such as the Geth Troopers, Geth Hunters, Centurions and Marauders may become invulnerable when they get stuck in a spawn area with others.

    -Consumables not activating. No matter how many times you click on them nothing happens, or you activate it and nothing happens but you still lose one of your consumables. Also with the missile launchers, sometimes when you shoot them they don't explode or they pass straight through an enemy and do nothing.

    -New auto kill for brute having no animation or method of escape.

    -The tactical cloak canceling itself out randomly before the set duration is over.

    -Survival Ops Packs may still activate just after you are down.

    -You may be unable to move around when starting a MP game.

    -Enemies in Firebase Reactor may go through the reactor core just after the doors are closed.

    -Using Overload may not work properly against the Geth Bombers.

    -Sniper Rifle Spare Thermal Clip adds -90% ammo amount instead of +90% when used on Collector Sniper Rifle.

    -Blade Armor does not return damage towards some enemies.

    -Introduced in 1.04 patch, turrets planted by Cerberus engineers are invisible resulting in seeing on two red glowing rights from them.

    -With the new patch installed, sound during MP may go out for a brief time.

    -While playing, you may suddenly start to speed walk, resulting in floating across the map and eventually, the game freezes up on you.

    -Geth Hunters are able to fire off perfectly aimed shots while staggered, frozen solid, or otherwise ragdolled (I.E. Trapped in Singularity)

    -Several enemies have buggy state transitions, allowing them to fire several times in a row when it shouldn't be possible. In the worst case, geth rocket troopers can fire while vaulting cover. This seems to also extend to melee enemies. Husks can initiate their grab attack while being staggered, for example. Probably related to the above. 

    -Enemies that fall out of Stasis due to damage from a Biotic Explosion triggered on Stasis will often animate as collapsed on the floor, while they invisibly maneuver and attack.

    -Sometimes, especially in higher latency situations, using a grenade power will play the animation, but not spawn a grenade projectile. 

    -In some high latency situations it is possible to break the ammo counter. Either it ignores your reload, or the game gives you more ammo than the gun can hold. Firing the weapon or reloading again usually corrects the error.

    -In the object recovery objective, sometimes the drone in the escort objective will apparently fall through the terrain geometry and become unretrievable.

    -It is possible to fall through the floor of the catwalk/bridge portions of Firebase Rio when downed. 

    -Ammo reserves don't fill properly form intermittently when not hosting. They can overfill. This causes the "full" you have to drop to 0 when taking the initial shot. Caused by lag.

    -Enemies sometimes are not affected or killed by Cobra Missiles.

    -Weapons will sometimes fire automaticaly, non-stop. This will continue whether you are in cover, running, or any other activities. Switching weapons will usually fix this. 

    -May fall through the map or getting stuck in the air in multiple maps (Condor, Giant, Rio, etc.) Only fix is to drop from the game.

    -Weapons may switch on their own if you have more than 1 weapon(besides rocket launcher).

    MP Challenges
    -The Earth Mastery challenge may not register all of your extractions on every map with N7 characters.

    MP Adept
    -Adept: Warp and Throw miss targets. They never hits its target regardless of how you position your cross-hairs or angle from the target. This kind of makes the class unplayable since any shielded target wont be getting any biotic explosions(also affects the Sentinel class).

    MP Infiltrator
    -The N7 Shadow's Shadow Strike may not trigger even though you can use it.

    -When using the N7 Shadow, you may get stuck inside an enemy's box if you are using Electric Slash. As a result, you are unable to move or fire. The only way to escape is to either do another Electric Slash or just let yourself get killed by an enemy.

    MP Vanguard
    -Nothing about Biotic Charge seems to work reliably, even as host. Attacks break the generated barriers before the attack even resolves, enemies just ignore the Charge impact, sometimes they seriously punch the Vanguard right out of Charge.

    -Biotic Charge may not work even if there are no obstacles. Solution: Be the host.

    -When using Biotic Charge, you could end up falling down through the world you are in.

    -Starts up as a bounce, then levitating, and last flying up or underneath a map. This happens because of sync descrepancy between the host and the client. It is usally created by a Biotic Charge right before you are killed by an enemy(Reaper, Cerberus, Geth) Solution: Host the game.

    Is that Leviathan Extended Cut bug really still around after the Omega DLC?  I was hoping it would be patched by then... I never got to finish it with Extended Cut...

    Hello.  Thank you for posting this extensive list of bugs.  Some of these are ones I have experienced, and some I have never noticed.

    The GUI glitch where navigation arrows did not appear in the weapons modification screen in Single Player seems to have been fixed every since I downloaded the Omega DLC. I'm not sure if that is merely a coincidence or not.

  • The flickering textures on the Reapers and Alliance ships may be caused by something called z-fighting or it's related to the camera "nearclip" distance. Using a 24-bit or 32-bit Z-buffer tends to make the issue go away or at least a little more bearable. When you see the Reaper up close, it's not really that noticable, but when the Reaper is farther way, then the textures flicker really badly.

  • Hi keftkatic. Unfortunately the Leviathan/Extended Cut bug is still around after Omega DLC. I hope it gets patched really soon.
