My Sims Kingdom App Unplayable
I loved this game on the Wii and was so excited when I saw it in Apple Arcade. I downloaded it on my iPad A16, OS version 18.5 (the newest generation.) Unfortunately, when I reached the tutorial for using the wand, the bottom half of the screen is cut off and I’m unable to interact with any of the construction options using the wand so I haven’t been able to move past the tutorial. I included a screenshot of what I see when I try to use the wand. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change to the problem. I also updated the most recent update as of December 20, 2025 also with no improvements. This is the only way that EA has given me to contact them about these issues. If anyone has any further suggestions, please let me know.

In this stage of the tutorial, you do not need to interact with the bottom bar. Instead, click directly onto the brown block to select it, and then move it over to the red block.
