Product: NBA Live MobilePlatform:Apple iPadSummarize your bug Since the last update, I keep having it flash the main screen during gameplay. today, an entire showdown match had invisible players and the background kept scrolling between the various home screen promos.How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play on an ipad pro? Not sure.What happens when the bug occurs? The promo ads from the home screen, like the "watch video for more stamina" and the picture of manute bol, overlap or hide gameplay.What do you expect to see? What I always see when it works right.I have a screenshot on my device but can't seem to get it on my laptop. Will try to add later so I don't have to relogin and type all this again.

@EA_Blueberry I restarted the device and still the issue persists.This occurs at least once every two days or so.

Here is a screenshot - I had to put it on autoplay since I couldn't tell what was happening. the names were moving around and the top shows the score, game clock, etc., but everything else vanished.

I've seen it again the past two days but hadn't bothered screenshotting since no one had replied. Sure, I can do that if I see it again.
Looks like it is only on the iPad. Had to take mine in for a screen repair yesterday and haven't seen this on the iPhone yet.

Hi, I am also observing this bug.
In Multiple events the event screen gets replaced by the background images in the game.
This occurs almost every time I play the game.
I have observed the issue in Seasons, Arena, Showdown and World Tour events.
It is making the game almost unplayable.
The glitch started occurring after the aplication was updated to the current version (4.4.30, 09 Sep 2020)

This issue has started occurring again.
Losing stamina due to this in multiple events as we can't see what's going on.
The issue seems to occur every time the world tour promo background with chequered flag is part of the game.
