Can you link me the specific Asus device you have? I'm concerned it's not meeting the minimum system requirements to run the game. We have some extra steps below that might help you get in, but if it's locking at the screen it could be due to low memory on the device (struggling to run the app) or simply not meeting system requirements.

Have you been able to play the game before or has it always done this? When I looked up that model I was seeing some devices with lower specifications. What is the exact phone type that you have? Are you sure your Android device doesn't have a software update?
Yes, I played the game before. I checked for updates, and it says there's nothing.
I don't understand about the exact phone type.

As an example, is it a Samsung Galaxy 10? Under your device's settings it should tell you the exact model type.

If you're still having trouble with this we recommend reaching our Support team so they can pull up your account to determine if it's account based resulting in the crash to the lockscreen. Based off the specs I pulled up it should be able to run the game. Apologies for the delayed response and for any trouble it's caused you. If there was anything you did prior to this happening like downloading a new update or app please let us know.

Were you able to get in touch with our Support to get this fixed?
I had initially reinstalled the NBA Live Mobile game hoping the ads would work but now the game itself will not go beyond the loading screen with the orange loading animation. I have tried to log in from both Google and Facebook IDs but the result is the same it just takes me back to my phone homescreen. In other words I cannot play the game. I sure as hell do not want to lose progress. Please help me out.
