Today I just lost all my progression in online mode. Yesterday my progress are lvl45 but today I open my game the are show like I open in the first time ask me everything(crossplay,auto login, etc.) then I go play online but the game ask me to create character like I haven't play online before! Then I create the character and select first car I see my lvl are 0 money are 0 and I lost all my cars. Please help me ☹️
I was given an error message stating no gameplay was being saved to which I closed the game and started it back up... When I did this I got a popup saying the save file is corrupt and cannot be retrieved.i then closed the popup only to find that I have now lost 100s of hours of progress and cars and have to start over with no way of gaining back my lost progress... Can anyone please help?

This is ridiculous I lost all online and offline progress in nfs unbound , and I have created a ticket for help many times for a while now and never got any help.
How is it possible that I paid big money for this game and get this ? Got 124 playing hours and absolutely nothing in game anymore 🤣🤣 need help
save progress is saved on you locale pc so if the file is delete all your progress is gone it is not saved to the cloud
Yea, not saving to the cloud would _almost_ be fine if EA actually said something about that.
I googled this when it happened to me and it's been an issue for people since december. A little warning that I had to find my own backup solution if they gonna have a bug this serious.
I lost 400+ hours of gameplay...
Same issue here today! around 95 cars are gone in online, i have to do the story from the beginning! 465 h gameplay LOST! achievements are still there.

I've had a long back and forth chat with ea on this and it's honestly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Multiple times they just changed the ticket status to "resolved" without answering. Or they just gave generic answers like "check the forum". I linked to all mine and other's answer here about this and at the end they literally started to answer random * totally unrelated like "we heard you had some problems with nfs heat".
And at that point I just gave up. I think they tried to be annoying and playing dumb. It worked 🤷

I recently had the same issue like 2 weeks ago. At some point while I was racing i received an error message with the 9 code, can't remember correctly. Then I restarted the game and another messaged appeared saying that my data was corrupted. After that i restarted the game for the 2nd time and whrn I tried to go to multiplayer sent me to the character customization as if was my first time on online multiplayer. Hope you could help me to solve this issue and retreive my online progress.
