Poor connection and no help

For 2 days I have had poor connection to ea servers, I've try all the normal thing to straighten this out to no luck. Reached out ea for help and they tell me go on the forum so they can look in to it. This is no help as well seeing my hut record went from 49-29-9 too 49-50-10 since this issue started cause me to drop in rank and lose games in the hut championship. The help line through ea is use less and not only will I miss out on rewards from the warp speed event but I'm sure to miss out on hut championship rewards as well.

    We didn't get a sudden influx of reports on this so it doesn't appear to have been on our end. The game needed to be restarted with the update so chances are good a complete restart didn't happen previously.

    As per our previous conversation you could see that I did do a hard reset on the game, playstation and internet. I say again since the last update no issue. So it does seem to be on your end. I would say it is bold of you to assume that I did not do what you'll ask of me. So how are you guys going to fix the problem of me not being able to complete in challenges to get better players and coins? I really don't care about what other people problems are because I'm not them and want my headache taken care of

    We'll keep monitoring for issues with the servers as well as reports from other players. At the moment, we're not aware of anything so there's nothing we can do to help with this.

    If you're able to stay connected, you should be able to finish challenges now.

    Challenges ended at 5pm so I couldn't and missed out the rewards from the rivals and hut championship

    So far, since this appears to not be an issue on our end, there is no compensation available for connection issues.

    That seem a bit ridiculous EA won't compensate for an issue that was caused by their server's. It easy to tell your customers it's not your fault yet once the update happened problem goes away. I have been a loyal EA player since the beginning of your company and this is how you choose to treat me. It's not like I'm asking for 5 million coins all I'm asking for is what I normally achieve when the game isn’t acting up.
