Trade deadline issue

In Franchise mode I get to the trade deadline. I then select to go thru each team to see who has players listed. Starting from the top in alphabetical order, once I hit Boston Bruins the program errors and kicks me out of the screen and puts me back at the main menu. 

When I go back in any trades made have been reversed and the deadline has past.

I hhve reported this twice using the online reporting tool from the game. Its still happeneing .

Could you please look into this...
