Well I guess no surprise another ea game that can't work right 

If this continues to be an issue, why not just make the full game available on EA Play? I’m sure that would fix the problem.

It’s been over a month. 

I just bought a new Playstation Plus membership and EA Play to try out the latest NHL CHEL to see if it was worth buying the game in its entirety. Money was spent, but I didn't get any value for my money. Apparently, based on previous messages, the problem has been going on for quite some time? Oh my God, what action. If there is a known problem, and it seems that the problem has not been fixed, should you at least remove the trial version of the latest NHL from there so that it is not a trap? Or at least put up a notice. **bleep**, that really pisses me off. I could have bought the full version of the game if I had known that CHEL didn't work in the trial version. Is it possible to get a refund for this EA Play membership? EA, do something concrete, and don't just repeat the same things here, **bleep** it!

Hello. We are still working to get this resolved. You'll need to contact Sony to see if they can refund you since your order went through their payment systems.
