Hi there. Have you tried a hard restart of your console yet? If not, give that a shot. Let me know what happens.

Tried hard reset. Deleting and clearing cache. Deleting save file. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Seems to be account specific and cloud side. Used alternate account to boot NHL 25 and HUT loaded no problem and allowed me to create a team.
Unfortunately this is happening on my main account though. Almost like it’s corrupted on the cloud.

I assume you mean you're loading into HUT and then crashing when the daily pack opens?
Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Still same issue.
and yes. But daily pack is not opening or loading. It’s the spinning NHL 25 symbol where you would usually see the events. Then just auto boot to Xbox Home Screen.

Can you send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID? I'll pass it on to our team here and get this investigated. Also, if you can get a video of this, that would help. Just publish it through your console or put it up on YouTube and include a link to it in your response.

I’m still locked out of HUT because of this issue. No resolution.

A month without a resolution. No refund offered. No transfer of items to an alternate account processed. Nothing being done. I’m confused how in 2024 this is corporate policy. I have a broken product here and nothing being done to fix it for over a month now…
what gives?
