Speed isn't the issue. Your speed is fine. You could have a Ferrari, but it's going to be speeding up and slowing down on a road full of potholes. What I'm saying is, there's something interfering with your connection causing packet loss. We don't have a way to detect that though. All we can do is make sure our servers are performing as well as they can be and at the moment, there are no issues that we're aware of.
It's very possible a technician needs to come out and thoroughly check everything in and outside of your home. It's not unusual to hear about some kind of damage to cables underground or some issue with equipment in the area.
