HUT Auction win not showing in my collection after I claimed it.

I won a 80 Laine from auction, it took my coins and put it in my items section, I then sent it to my collection, then when I went to set my lineup, it wasn’t there at all. So I went back to the auction house to check my successful bids (I have won over 3 in the past 24 hours), and it shows none. I either want my coins back and even more so I want that **bleep** card.

    Can you try exiting out of HUT and loading back into it to see if he's there? They can sometimes take a bit to show up.

    I had left and even restarted my console multiple times with no success. It has now after 2 days appeared in my collection.
