    Hello. Which console are you on? Also, did you power cycle your modem/router?

    Hello, I am on xbox x. My internet connection is fine, no other games have any problems.

    Thank you. First, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again


    If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 26. This runs the risk of deleting your settings and offline saves. However, those normally download from the cloud. I just can't guarantee it will happen.

    1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
    2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
    3. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
    4. Choose Manage game & add ons
    5. Go to Saved data
    6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it
