Hi there. This is normally a connection issue. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

Hello, I have something similar. After puck drops the game resets and after few attempts it disconnects with “connection lost”. I tried everything you wrote there but still I cannot play any online mod. Im using PS5 with LAN cabel connected. Always before the match game shows my connection is good.
