Can’t access daily rewards

I will complete the daily tasks (planting seed in gem garden, etc.) and when I click claim nothing happens. I also am not having the 3 piñatas show up every 12 hours anymore for completing adventure levels. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Just made it worse. I would like my gems/coins that I continue to miss out on.
