    Hey craftysonshines​ , sorry to hear. Unfortunately from the forums there is not much that we can do since we don't have access to any tools to check your account. Try to insist and hopefully someone should sort you out.

I've contacted them earlier and just made me more frustrated as they said no solution. I've sent all the screenshots. I'm used to playing and completing daily task and now my routine is ruined.
