Hi @McFuggin Can you try going through our Troubleshooting games on Android and check if you continue to run into this issue?
If so can you confirm if your progress was correctly backed up, with our Save your PvZ 2 progress with iCloud and Google guide?
yes I have reinstalled the game and I use the button to log in, it sees trophies but my levels don't restore

@McFuggin Does your other progress restore fine (currency, etc) or is everything else missing as well? currency isn't restored either, trophies are the only thing that show up

Hi @McFuggin i would recommend reaching out to our support to look into the account further,via the in-game help option in settings.
I did that, and they told me to post here and hope a ea member sees it

@McFuggin we are happy to take bug reports and share what players are seeing on AHQ to our various teams. However, to be clear we are unable to restore progress on AHQ. I'm also having the exact same problem. I only got to lvl 16, so I have no problem playing again, but i just completed one of the offers to collect 400+ gems and it wont sync because the account is no longer registered. However, for some reason, all the plants I have purchased all came back, just NONE of the currency or progress.
I also have this problem for two weeks ago. And I found that the player data can't be sync to server and then crash. My three devices have some issue.
Many users compliant this issue in this forum since last week.
