Missing Resources - A LOT

When I logged into my account this morning, that previously (last night) had lots of resources (200k gold, 250 gems, 300 sprouts, and also 340 christmas socks from the new event) I found out nothing like before. Only 100 gems, 50k coins and the most unusual ones.... 150 sprouts and NO christmas socks from the new event. I am the only one that has access to this account and also how do you spend 340 christmas socks from an event in which you can only buy things worth 100, 500 or 1000?

Also, for thr past few days I had a bug in arena, in which, during the last 10s of the fight it would automatically log me out of game and didn't count. No I have over 50 point in the arena so it seems it really was a bug for the last couple days. Please fix it and bring my resources back
