Sync, network and other bugs

There is a sync bug in PvZ2.. And when I open the home page, it looks like it's downloading additional data even though I've already downloaded all the assets. When entering penny's pursuit/arena/adventure/almanac/shop/dan garden always download asset data.. Using too much data and battery.. And after I bought the Cold Snapdragon plants, after completing the challenge the PopUp Unlocked Cold Snapdragon always appears... Please fix it! Every time I open the game it always happens, I'm so annoyed
