All my characters are missing!?

ALL NON DEFAULT CHARS; I can get the list from him, but you're asking a kid to remember the names of characters you won't show him IG (they all show up as ????). He logged back in to a default state

He's upset and I don't have time to deal with a script bot in customer service. 

Just the name of one (a favorite character perhaps) pre-event missing character would be helpful, I don't think it has to be every single one.

I will wait to see if EA can actually solve someone's problem based on the information you are requesting.  However I agree that better customer service would be for EA to acknowledge the issue and indicate a fix is being pursued.  You have all these posts on this EA board, originating from basically the same time (around March 6, 2015) saying the exact same thing.  This is an EA-side (server-side) issue and EA needs to treat it as such.  People paid actual money in some cases to obtain in-game currency to unlock character pieces, eventually leading to full character unlocks, and now those are gone for many PvZ GW Xbox One users (me included) and nothing appears to be done about it.  So people basically paid money for product elements which magically have disappeared with no warning.  What is EA doing about this?

We're looking for specific characters examples, if you could remember just one, a missing-favorite character maybe? That would be great.

I think the Mystic Sunflower and Pharaoh Sunflower were two that went missing.  There were many more...  

Same here, my son has lost a load of characters that he had unlocked and traded in money for stickers too.

@pyrospinteq For "Dark Flower", do you mean Shadow Flower or the ability Dark Flower?

Do you happen to know if your son's sunflower is level 10? 

Metal Petal is a progression character unlock and is only unlocked after opening Sunflower progression packs up to level 10. If the sunflower is level 10, and all the sticker packs are opened, is the Metal Petal still missing?

EDIT: Is his Peashooter level 10 as well? Fire Pea is also a progression character.

I have the same issues here and it started right around March 6 as well.  I purchased\earned many characters before the "everything is unlocked" weekend event.  When EA locked everything again, I lost characters I had before the event.  Like many others I can't remember what characters I had before I lost them.  I could guess but...

I could live with the lost characters if  I could just re-aquire them, which I have, BUT:

I am experiencing another issue.  I have been able to "purchase" my characters back with sticker packs purchased with game coins(points).  My problem is I cannot get any weapons upgrades for the characters I have re-aquired.  I have had a couple new characters that I have received the weapons upgrades for when buying sticker packs...however, all my previously acquired\deleted\re-aquired characters have no weapons upgrades!  Does not matter how many sticker packs I purchase, I dont get any weapon upgrades.

I contacted customer support and gave them a list of my "characters with issues" and have been told that the computer shows I should have all the upgrades for these characters.

They had me:

clear the xbox cache

Restart the xbox

reload my gamertag (what a pain, I had to re-do all the security settings)

Restart the xbox

reset the clock to 2005 and resync it with xbox live

restart the computer

delete the game data on the xbox

reload the game (another pain because it took forever to load)

restart the computer

At the end of all that, I still have no weapons upgrades for most of my characters and EA customer support says I need to post here and wait for developers to do something.
