Cheater that ruined my GW2 account

There was a Cheater on Garden warfare 2 using a mod to make him into a boss that you can't use normally. So I used cheats to combat him from ruining the game for everyone else because you guys don't support the game anymore. I woke up the next day and the same person who was cheating banned my account by making all of my characters level 46. I can not play the game I payed for because of this cheater. If you could ban IBushCampFR that would be awesome.  I made a picture of evidence if you do not believe me, please respond back as soon as possible
