Crashes everytime

I just picked up gw2 again since 2019 or 2018 and each time I try to log in the game crashes on another account it doesnt crash. I would like to get it back and I even restarted my xbox series x, Uninstalled and installed the game it still won't work. I even reset the MAC address but it still wont get me in. No matter what if I try to log into my PVZGW2 account the game crashes even when I go into split screen it crashes. I got rid of my saved data, installed it and uninstalled it, tried disc version and store version, tried logging in on the one that won't crash then quickly switch to my account and it still won't load mine, even tried deleting my addons and it still didnt do anything it keeps crashing. Can someone help I saw someone else has the same problem but EA rather worry about money than server caps and ppl who cant play bcuz it keeps crashing. So someone can u pls find a way to fix this
