Game not loading, at all.

Hiya. I recently purchased pvzgw2 on ps4. It is not playable, I cannot get past the loading screen. I wanted to play the game, for nostalgia but now I need a refund. Please do better, it's such a good game but just unplayable. 

The errors are not being able to connect to ea servers and a complete crash and error code asking me to check WiFi signals and connection. There is no connection issue. I've done everything.
