I am having PVZ GW1 problem.

The problem is that when I enter the game it can't access the servers but it freezes. It could be because the hackers damaged and banned my account from allowing me to access the game servers GW1 advises EA to check and fix this problem.

    My game crashes exactly this way. However, no one has responded to my post yet. I doubt they will respond to yours. I've tried everything, but the only thing that would help is resetting cloud data, and you can't do that for some reason.
