Implement region change option pvz gw1

Since the servers have problems regularly on Europe and players seem sparse compared to NA it would be nice for an easier way to join an NA server rather than trying to find a player from NA willing to invite you which is a lot more difficult than it seems.

    Even if servers are fixed it would still be nice to have a region change option since NA is way more active and yes I replied to myself so what?

    ...Or they can just fix the servers which have been down all week. (Also, you replied 'good idea' to yourself?)
