Missing 50 Rainbow Stars from Torch and Tail DLC due to inventory cap glitch

Hello. I recently bought the Torch and Tail Upgrade bundle on PlayStation but did not receive the 50 Rainbow Stars. I realized this happened because I already had 3 Rainbow Stars in my inventory, which glitched the game's strict 50-star cap. Support told me they can't do anything because the game is old. Since I paid real money, could a Community Manager please look into this and grant some Coins to my account as goodwill compensation? My PSN ID is DHMHTRHSNASI21.
