My Game Progress Was Completely Reset

Hello,

My Plants vs. Zombies progress was completely reset for no apparent reason.

I downloaded the game about a month ago and had been playing normally ever since. I also purchased the “No Ads” option and had been making progress and unlocking plants over time.

Yesterday, I discovered the Survival mode and played it for a while before going to sleep. When I opened the game today, I found that my entire progress was gone. My Garden is completely empty, I have no coins, my plants are gone, and it seems like my account has been completely reset.

The strange thing is that I am still logged into the same account I was using before, so I have not changed my login or account.

Could you please help me recover my previous progress? I had already made significant progress in the game and also purchased the “No Ads” option.

I would really appreciate your help in restoring my account and progress.
