Hi. Just bought GW2 for my sons for on their PS4. Created an EA Account for it. We can’t get it passed the EA Account page where I have to put in my EA Account email address. I put the address in, press done and it won’t let me go down to next, if I press X it goes into the keyboard screen again, done back to the Account page. I can’t go further. Please help

Omg! Thanky you!!We were using the wired controller, it was connected to the wireless one so pressed the down button on that and finally got the password screen! 🤦♀️

@criddlemist Hi, just to double check, are you using the EA account that you're using to post here? Do you happen to have access to other EA games that you can try to log into instead?

Yes, it’s the same account. Also the same account for the PS4. We are new to ps and only have a few games, this is the first I’ve needed the EA Account

Thank you, that's rather strange. Can you try linking your account manually via the website, using the steps under the "Link your accounts through the EA Help website"

I'm having the exact same problem. Bought this for my daughter but can't get passed the EA login screen. Did you manage to get this resolved.

Hello criddlemist, A possible fix for that is once you have put your email address in and are ready to continue to the next stage of logging in don't press any buttons on the right side of your PS4 controller. Look at the left side of your controller and there should be 4 arrow buttons. Press the button on the bottom (The one that has a white arrow under it pointing down) and then it should highlight the continue/next button.

I know how to fix, you use the d-pad to move it on that screen and the screen after that so that’s the solution btw
