Permanent Game Crashing

Its been a couple years since I last hopped on some PVZ. GW2. But every time I load on, my game crashes and crashes and if im lucky it'll just load forever.  The game gets to the trailer but then crashes soon after.

This only happens on one account, the rest are completely fine
