PVZ Heroes - login reward missing

I got my 15 day login reward today and was pleased to see it was a new pack.

However, there was no "open the pack" animation, the screen just went black.  I did all I could (including waiting) but assumed the game must have locked up there, or something.

So, closing and opening the app, I come back to see that nothing changed.  I didn't get or open the pack.

I know it' s just one pack, but every little bit helps...

    i got the avocado seed (when he die) and not in my collection

    I got to open the pack but i got a Impfinity clone which shouldnt be possible and hes not even in my collection

    I got to open the pack, however it was… nothing. I got the ”Zombie” a 1/1 that doesn’t exist in the game, The one from the tutorial of the game. And that was it. I didn’t even get the **bleep** card it just showed up on my screen. A single zombie.
