Hey, I play on ps4. And I have no issues, but I bought pvzgw2 pretty recently and it just won’t work. When i try to load in, either it gets stuck on an infinite loading screen, or just crashes after a couple seconds. What do I do? Please help.
Yeah I am not sure what to do, I am having the EXACT same problem on Xbox One and I don’t know what’s wrong. Just got a physical copy of the game recently and the same thing happens to me where it just gets stuck on the first loading screen. I can’t find anywhere explains this unfortunately :/
Alright so after a little bit of testing later and I have found the issue. You have to sync your PlayStation account with an EA account in order for the game to work. Once I did this on my Xbox One (I synced my Xbox account instead), the game loaded in within a minute or so without issue. Hope this helps.
