    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for taking the time to make sure this was brought to our attention. We've passed along the reports and info to make sure the team's aware of this as well.

    Update 11/12: Thanks for the ongoing patience while we were looking to get this addressed. We've made some changes to better identify and correct this going forward, and now consider the issue resolved. Please feel free to spin up a new thread if you run into further issues in the future!

Getting into matches recently has been a challenge for players. With the popularity spike of Garden Warfare 2, there has been a flood of people trying out the game, and as a result, many have to wait long periods to get into matches during peak hours of the day. The community needs help. Big names have been acknowledging the game and some are going to play soon. If nothing is done. The amount of locked out players will be immense. We don't want to drive away new players. The community needs a fix.
