Server instability in PvZ GW2 due to exploits and modified characters

Dear EA and PopCap Team

As an active member of the Plants vs. Zombies community, I am writing this post to express my gratitude for the recent maintenance that fixed the Level 46 exploit, but also to warn you about the serious issues persisting in the PC version of Garden Warfare 2 that threaten to destroy the game.

Currently, multiplayer remains under constant attack due to vulnerabilities that the current EA Anti-Cheat system is failing to stop. The main issues are:

Modified characters: Hackers are introducing illegitimate characters or ones with altered abilities that cannot be used in a normal match, completely breaking the game's balance.

Forced "Crazy Settings" and crashes: Extreme modifications are being activated in public lobbies, overloading the servers. This causes unbearable lag and leads to unexpected game crashes for everyone in the match.

Account risks: While the Level 46 issue has been brought under control, we are deeply concerned that if these exploits continue to evolve, the security of legitimate users' accounts could once again be compromised in the future.

We would like to formally ask: Are there plans to update the EA Anti-Cheat system to detect these server and character modifications in real time?
