Technical Issue: Persistent "No Match Found" Error in PvP (Ranked & Casual)
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent bug in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes that has been affecting my account for a long time.
Issue Description:
Every time I attempt to find a match in both Ranked and Casual multiplayer modes, the game immediately triggers a "No Match Found" pop-up. I am unable to connect with any opponents, making the PvP aspect of the game completely unplayable.

Device: Samsung A34 5G
Player ID: 1003561241926
Connection: I have tried both stable Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the result remains the same.
Troubleshooting done: I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists.
