The lack of online functionality behind Replanted's local features is very disappointing to many of us who have wished it for years.
Given how we have three months until release, please consider adding it. Local play is not as common anymore compared to when PvZ 1's ports released, and online became the standard.

The goty edition on steam has a consistent 3.5k players on it, so replanted with online vs mode could have a lot more.
Adding Online Multiplayer only seems like a necessity, especially in 2025. This game could have a longer life span than PVZ GOTY if we would just get online. Doing global tournaments, especially for a game like PVZ1, could help the PVZ franchise largely as we wait for PVZ3 finally.

Please do this. For years I've been hearing people say this is their most wanted feature in a remastered PvZ1. There's no reason for a basic feature like this requiring a third party service like Parsec for a game released in 2025. Multiplayer being local only should be left in the past
