Blank screen
Why are half the games I play not loading? It is just blue screen. Some days they work, some days they do not. It makes it a bit difficult to play games that have days or hours to meet goal.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Generally, when a computer screen is turning blue while gaming, this is actually a problem with the device itself, not with Pogo website. Because Pogo is a browser-based gaming site that requires our devices to be clean, updated and have room to move for our devices to connect and speak clearly with Pogo servers.
Common Reasons for a Blue Screen:
- Hardware Failures
- Driver Problems
- Overheating
- Outdated System or Missing Updates
- Storage Problems
- and more.
System Checks:
Graphics Driver: Outdated Graphics card drivers (GPU) are a top cause of blue screens during gaming. Updates to graphics drivers can happen during a system update on your device, however it may not have the most current version. Hardware failures memory (RAM): Our power supply on our devices can start to break down, which can cause your computer to crash or show a blue screen. Overheating is another major cause — when components get too hot, your system shuts down or crashes to protect itself. Gaming puts heavy stress on your hardware, so any weak or overheating part is much more likely to fail during gameplay.
Outdated System or Browser: An outdated system or browser can cause crashes because older versions lack important security patches, bug fixes, and compatibility updates. So, if your system is behind, it can lead to errors, instability, or even blue screens. This can cause problems with game launchers or other features.

Corrupted cache/cookies: Outdated or conflicting data can interfere with game scripts (language). Please try clearing your cache and cookies along with checking for device and browser updates.
Internet & Connectivity Issues
- Slow or unstable Wi-Fi → Games freeze or fail to load.
- Check your internet speed and try Power Cycling (turn on and off modem - A modem can get bogged down by temporary data, memory leaks, or minor software glitches. Restarting helps and may fix a variety of issues)

As of December 2025, Pogo has posted service notices about Jungle Gin, Sweet Tooth Town, Niles Pyramid, Solitaire Home Story and two episodes of Claire Heart Secret and Shadows and Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures out of the 60 games on the website.

Today is 22 dec & still no game--just blue screen. C'MON!!!
It's the same for me the blue screen in the evenings. I'm sick of this. I'm paying for this game & it's what i do in the evenings. WHAT THE HECK is going on???
