Bonus Daily Merge Academy Impossible

I play MA every day.  I'm at such a level where all of my orders take a really long time to complete because they require really high cost items.  I am not close to completing one that would help me fulfill today's (11-19) bonus challenge or the 7 days.  Sometimes small orders pop up when there is a daily challenge like today's, but that did not happen.  Very disappointed in Pogo for not making it possible for players like me to complete what should be an easy challenge.
