farm merge missing crates

Question

pogo user name Bomberct.playing on a pcusing google chrome, but have tried edge and have the same issue.i have made a few posts about farm merge not giving the crates that&nbsp; are won in the pogi constellations.just now i spun the wheel and got 40 crates in farm merge valley, yet went&nbsp; &nbsp;right into the game and they are not there.i have seen numerous other users having the same issue.is this being investigated? if so a message stating this would be nice.as of now we have lost out on hundreds of crates.

Very same thing happening to me l am&nbsp; missing 200 crates in all from the constellation on different levels,&nbsp; l go straight there and the crates are not there,

I have been having the same issue!!&nbsp; I also have not gotten the crates from finishing the sticker book.&nbsp; I received the energy after a few days or so but not the crates.&nbsp; Seems like Pogo has been having quite a few issues lately.&nbsp; I sure hope we get what we've earned!!&nbsp; DRAGONFLI6911

I got my 3500 energies, but not the 2700 (or how ever many) crates.&nbsp;
