I see multiple people have already reported issues = Spin to Win event - 80 energy earned, not received ... Elyra the Hopeful Level 50 = 90 crates earned, not received.
Disappointed as getting items earned helps reach daily goals in game (which are almost impossible to earn all of the daily goals) - hopefully, someone is able to fix the bug are award missing items earned that have not been received.

i have also had an issue with things disappearing oh the farm. this is also a glitch that is appearing in the other games. I have stop buying gems because stuff I buy keep disappearing.
I also have this issue. I am missing out on at least 1000 crates including the 90 from the Elyra the hopeful, the one before, the many i choose during these events and the spinner. I stopped buying gems. Already pay to play and do not even get what we earn.
