Farm Merge Valley - Can't collect giftbox

I have a gift box that appeared that I can not collect. It takes up a space and shows me a little clickable button on the bottom left of the screen that says "free", though when I click it, it does nothing. I have tried exiting, clearing my cache, switching between Edge, Chrome, and the app as well. I even tried to use the shovel on it. Nothing works. The only thing I am able to do with this gift box is move it. I see that someone else posted about this a while ago, but I did not read a comment about any resolution. I am attaching a screen recording showing me trying to click the "free" button on the bottom left, and trying to click the giftbox itself, as well as moving it a space. 
If there is any current resolution, please let me know.
