Farm Valley Merge Crates

I've noticed in the daily rewards on Pogo, when I'm given the choice between 20 crates for Farm Valley Merge and something else, and I choose the crates, I never receive them.

This happened again today. I went to play the game, saw my crate count was full, 40, then went back to claim my daily Pogo reward. The crate choice was there, so I chose it - 20 crates, and nothing. Again.
