Hello! Sorry to hear you are having issues playing Matching Moments. Currently I am playing the game, and it is working as designed. However, there have been a few players reporting that their progress is being reset, if this is currently what you are experiencing, please follow the steps outlined by Community Manager EA Lanna here > Matching Moments Reset
If this is not the issue you are currently experiencing, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Please try clearing your cache and cookies along with checking for device and browser updates. *This first week of December 2025 Apple and Windows have had several updates for their devices - some users have received them, while others are still waiting for them to be released
- Outdated graphics driver → Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze and various other issues.
- Insufficient RAM or CPU usage → Too many background applications or programs can slow performance.
