I am absolutely frustrated with the complicated process of gettiong help with Tile Hero!! Over two weeks its been on the same screen and I can't play!! This is absolutely frustrating, not to mention trying to report the issue! What a joke!! I'm seriously considering cancelling my membership to POGO because of how frustrated I am with trying to get it resolved!How do I fix it??
I agree (not that it helps) but I have found it impossible to report the problems with Tile Hero - I'm in my 80s & enjoyed the game at first but started having problems & I still haven't figured out how to report them. Good Luck!
I've been stuck on the same level and it wont let me play at all. I get a graphic that says I qualify for the Hero League but if I click on the place it says to continue it just goes back to the level which if I click on that takes me back to the Hero League graphic.. I can't play the Pinata Party either it just takes me to the same graphic. I do have a Travel offer for 600 gems which I am not about to buy for a game that doesn't work. I have contacted EA help a few times but they just tell me that they are aware of the issue but have no real solution. It is very frustrating!!!
You need to go to EA help and start a chat and report the issue
