Hello! Sorry to hear none of the troubleshooting steps have worked out for you. A game not working for 6 months is highly unusual and I can confirm as a player myself Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD is working normally on the site right now. This suggests there may be a setting or configuration on your device affecting the loading process.
"THAT DOESNT WORK THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 6 MONTHS"
With the game specifically not loading for 6 months brings another concern. Windows 10 + Major Chromium Updates
Windows 10 entered its final phase in October 2025, and some of the updates from the past few months replaced older graphics drivers with generic ones. Modern browsers need newer graphics features, so players who are using Windows 10 systems will see browser-based games to go black (blank).
Around the same time, Chrome and Edge (which both use the Chromium engine) received major updates that changed how browser graphics work. Chromium now requires newer graphics drivers, but many Windows 10 machines no longer get those updates. When the browser can’t use your graphics card properly, it turns off hardware acceleration, and that’s when games may also go black or randomly restart.

🎯 Adjust Monitor Refresh Rate Sometimes mismatched refresh rates cause rendering issues with browser-based games. How to Check/Adjust:
- Right-click on your desktop → "Display settings"
- Scroll down and click "Advanced display"
- Look at "Refresh rate" → try changing it to 60 Hz (the most compatible setting)
- Click "Keep changes"
- Try Jigsaw Treasure Hunter again

🎯 Firefox Browser. Firefox may run games or graphics-heavy sites better on older systems because it can fall back to less demanding rendering paths.
