Hey there, @rzrbk1949.
As your issue is technical in nature, I've moved your post off into its own thread to be worked out.
To help track down this issue, what device are you using to play Pogo? Are you using a PC/Mac, Tablet or Phone?

Awesome, thanks for the information, @rzrbk1949.
There is some quick HTML5 troubleshooting you can try to see if it improves behavior. Can you give it a try for me? There's some great info in there, such as checking to see if toggling hardware acceleration can help (this depends on the PC you're using as to whether this toggle assists), as well as verifying your computer meets minimum specifications for HTML5 games.

If you're still having difficulty, can you post your Pogo Compatibility Tool information, including browser versions and cookies information?

I am also having to same problems with Jigsaw TH. Since this is the only game I am having trouble with, I will take it as a technical problem with Pogo. I hope this is resolved soon as it is one of my favorite games. Thank you.

Hey there, @horstranr. I'm just checking in. Are you still having difficulty with Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD?
While I can't give individualized troubleshooting for your PC setup without the Compatibility Tool information, let's try some generic troubleshooting to see if it improves. As recommended to the original poster, please also try the HTML5 troubleshooting, and let me know how it goes for you.
