June Constellation and Merge Academy

Merge Academy is not crediting energy I have earned through the March free Fidelis the Pyrenees rewards and the daily check-in rewards. I am missing 90 energy that has not been credited. I think it credited the coins from rewards (10?) but not sure, as I was specifically looking for the energy credits. I know there are other players on the troubleshooting forum who didn't receive their coins and no one from EA has addressed this on the forum post. I play on PC using Firefox (latest version, whatever that number is). Thank you for fixing the issue.

HELP!!

New to issues, bought additional Energy for Merge Academy....lost site....when returned, Energy greatly depleted to single digit. Is there a process to help?
